未使用残高の確認方法本アプリのショップ画面等に表示される現在のダイヤ保有数（残高）でご確認いただけます。
利用上の注意
  • ダイヤの購入は、App Store（Apple Inc.）または Google Play（Google LLC）を通じて行われます。決済および購入の取扱いは各ストアの規約に従います。
  • 有償で購入したダイヤと、報酬等で無償付与されたダイヤは、利用時に区別なく消費されますが、前払式支払手段に該当するのは有償購入分のみです。
  • 本アプリを削除（アンインストール）すると、端末内のゲームデータ（ダイヤ残高を含む）が消去される場合があります。
未使用残高の払戻しダイヤは前払式支払手段であり、資金決済法その他の法令で認められる場合を除き、払戻しはいたしません。本サービスを終了する場合等、法令に基づく払戻しが必要となるときは、その方法を本ページおよびアプリ内で告知します。

基準日（毎年3月31日および9月30日）における未使用残高が基準額（1,000万円）を超える場合、発行者は資金決済法に基づき、財務局への届出および発行保証金の供託等、必要な措置を行います。

※ Gems granted for free (login rewards, missions, surveys, etc.) are not prepaid payment instruments, as no payment is made for them. Only Gems obtained by purchase are treated as a prepaid payment instrument.

  • Uninstalling the App may erase on‑device game data, including your Gem balance.
Refunds of unused balanceGems are a prepaid payment instrument and are non‑refundable except where required by the Payment Services Act or other laws. If a refund becomes legally required (e.g., service termination), the method will be announced on this page and in the App.

If the unused balance on a base date (March 31 and September 30 each year) exceeds the statutory threshold (JPY 10 million), the issuer will take the measures required under the Payment Services Act, including notification to the Local Finance Bureau and deposit of an issuance guarantee.
