本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、モバイルアプリ「漂流島（Adrift Isle）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリをダウンロード・使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本アプリの開発者を以下「当方」といいます。
当方は利用者に対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的な目的で使用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を付与します。本アプリおよびその素材（プログラム、画像、文章、音等）に関する知的財産権は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
本アプリには広告（動画リワード広告を含む）が表示されることがあります。広告の視聴によりゲーム内報酬が付与される場合がありますが、報酬の内容・量は予告なく変更されることがあります。広告は第三者により配信され、その内容について当方は責任を負いません。
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、当方は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、エラーや中断がないこと、セーブデータが失われないことを保証しません。端末の機種・OS・設定等により正常に動作しない場合があります。
適用される法令が許容する範囲において、当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる損害（データの消失、逸失利益等を含む）についても責任を負いません。
当方は、利用者への事前通知なく、本アプリの内容の変更、提供の一時停止または終了を行うことができます。
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページ上で告知します。変更後に本アプリを利用された場合、変更後の本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application “漂流島 (Adrift Isle)” (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. The developer of the App is referred to as “we” or “us.”
We grant you a non‑transferable, non‑exclusive right to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All intellectual property rights in the App and its materials (code, images, text, sounds, etc.) belong to us or the respective rights holders.
The App may display advertising, including rewarded video ads. Viewing ads may grant in‑game rewards, the content and amount of which may change without notice. Ads are served by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content.
You must not:
The App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be error‑free or uninterrupted, or that save data will not be lost. The App may not function properly depending on your device, OS, or settings.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data or lost profits) arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
